17-year-old Callum Stewart is from Northern Ireland and has been making music since he was child. After gaining attention for his singing, he began to write songs 3 years ago and started to play regular gigs, gaining notable reviews and interest in the music industry. His debut single, “FREE”, was released in May 2014 and has already caught the interest of big players in the industry including Sony Music and Nigel Grainge. Callum is currently working with critically acclaimed producer/songwriter Tré Sheppard, a veteran of the music industry and is also connecting with Choorpy to bring his music to a wider global audience. 2014 has proved exciting for Callum with airplay on BBC’s Across The Line, features on industry podcasts both in the UK and the USA and an appearance on Balcony TV Dublin. His recent gigs have found him playing along side the likes of More than Conquerors and New Ancestors among many others. Even though Callum is still working on his A Levels, this is an exciting year for the young songwriter and artist and he’s certainly a name to watch.
