Formed and refined in Nashville, TN, St. Louis native Aaron Krause sings with the authenticity and honesty of a man whose heart has lived lifetimes. His thoughtful lyrics and polished melodies display perceptive skill well beyond his 23 years. The interplay between his pop sensibilities and emotional vulnerability yield songs that are both accessible and provocative. Moving smoothly through sonic ranges of indie folk, moody synth-pop and more, Aaron tirelessly attempts to make music that highlights poignant songwriting without regard for genre. 2013 was an exciting year for Aaron with the release of two new singles, “So Pretty I Could Lose My Mind” and “Recreational.” He’s also experienced YouTube success with his cover of The Police’s “Every Breath You Take” featuring Nashville folk artist Liza Anne. The new year continues to hold even more promise with the release of his debut LP “Holding on to Love” set for early fall.
